Standard Turnaround Times
All bulk team orders (orders of 9 or more garments per design) ship from our shop within 3-4 weeks, beginning the business day after the order is placed, paid for, and artwork approved.
This 3-4 week turn time does not include the time it takes for your order to be delivered to your address after it ships from our shop.
Turn times extend toward the end and at the beginning of each year.
All re-orders placed in our team stores ship from our office within 3-6 weeks, beginning the business day after the order is placed.

We handle several team store re-orders every week, most of which being small orders of only a couple of shirts, jerseys, etc. While as a small business, team store orders can really add up and take extra time to process, we’re proud to be one of the only brands offering 24/7/365 team stores. By adding an extra week to the timeline we have the space we need to carefully process and ship the large number of small re-orders that come through on a weekly basis.

Need your order fast? A rush turnaround time of 2-3 weeks is available for an additional $10 per garment.

There is a max of 120 total pieces per rush order (orders over 120 total pieces cannot be rushed).
Rush orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks of your order being placed, paid for, and artwork approved. Expedited shipping services (like UPS Next Day Air) are available for the cost of the service. Please inquire about current expidted shipping rates.
Rush orders are NOT available during our extended turn time period.
